Don't buy from ShopNBC.com

This holiday season, and hell, after the season stay far far away from ShopNBC.com. The embedded video showcases why.

So when you order something online and the item arrives damaged, who’s on the hook to replace the item? To me this isn’t a warranty issue, it’s a seller issue. After all, the item was fine when it left the manufacturing plant, and UPS caused the problem.

But all of that aside, calling at all hours, multiple times, and threatening your consumers = not good business. The last call was the worst – talk about a cranky customer service rep!
