Gee, I wonder why the RadioShack business is in a shambles… Oh, maybe it’s attitude like this:

FORT WORTH, Texas — RadioShack Corp. notified about 400 workers by e-mail that they were being dismissed immediately as part of planned job cuts.


If you can’t be bothered to talk to the people who work for you when you’re canning them, it’s no wonder you can’t figure out a strategy to delight (or even interest) your customers.

As foul as this story is, this is the worst part:

Shares of RadioShack rose 29 cents, or 1.6 percent, to close at $18.21 Wednesday on the New York Stock Exchange.
