My friends over at ForumOne put on one hell of a great event. Ask around, I think you’ll hear some pretty glowing reviews. Personally, I had a hell of a time at their Community Unconference this past summer and look forward to the next one I can attend.
ForumOne has an event coming up in April that is shaping up to be pretty impressive:
Online Community Business Forum 2008
The Online Community Business Forum is an invitation-based event bringing together business leaders who drive active online communities. Based on the industry-leading Online Community Summit, the Business Forum focuses specifically on online community business models and tactics, what works, and what is on the horizon.
In the 2008 Business Forum, scheduled for April 14-15 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, we’ll have an in depth review of online community business topics such as advertising models; subscriber models; ROI frameworks; new revenue models; and other important topics for the online community executive. We limit attendance at our executive events to allow true discussion during our sessions.
By special arrangement (news on this coming next week, stay tuned), I’ve hooked up an open invitation and fat discount for SXSW attendees and Community Guy readers. Find me at SXSW (twitter username: sink, phone 214.566.5957) or email me: jake AT communityguy DOT com.
